Grounds Hire 

MACCLESFIELD RESERVE COMMITTEE

The Committee has decided to formalise arrangements for hiring of the Grounds due to the increased demand in recent months. Any application is to be made to Delvene Henderson, Chairperson of the Reserve Committee, on 0429 892 850 or at macclesfieldarc@hotmail.com

Hiring of the grounds or part thereof is of course subject to availability and preference will be given to Club members and Club activities or events. 

Individual members of the Macclesfield Pony Club and Adult Riding Club can hire the grounds or part thereof including use of show jumps providing those using show jumping equipment have individual insurance protection.

Individual Members with grounds keys have the right to access and use all of the grounds subject to the grounds not being hired or used by the MPC or ARC. (note: the use of the Dressage arena and Hickstead does not extend to a members friends or family).

No hirer will be given access to the Clubrooms.

1. Vehicle Access to Grounds – Use of Show Jumping Arena and access to Toilet Block - $50 per day/$25 per ½ day. (note: other users are permitted to use grounds).

2. Vehicle Access to Grounds – Use of Show Jumping Arena, Dressage Arena, Hick Stead and access to Toilet Block - $500 per day/$250 ½ day – Exclusive Use (Note: all riders must have insurance protection).

All payments to be made in Advance and Waiver to be signed by Hirer.
